In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "pkr47", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr47 platform and its operating entity, accessible at pkr47.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pkr47 platform or accesses its services.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr47 website at pkr47.bet, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pkr47 registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and all other wagering products offered on the pkr47 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a player's pkr47 account wallet, including real money deposits and any credited bonus amounts, where applicable.

• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the pkr47 platform.

To register and use the pkr47 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pkr47 strictly enforces this age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming principles and international gaming standards.
• You must be accessing the pkr47 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of pkr47, or an immediate family member of any such individual.

By completing the pkr47 registration process, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above and that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pkr47 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr47 login credentials, including your username and password. pkr47 strongly recommends that players:

pkr47 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed within the pkr47 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your pkr47 wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to banking processing times.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times on the TRON network.
• pkr47 does not charge a fee on incoming deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside pkr47's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, wherever technically possible.
• pkr47 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment channels not registered under your pkr47 account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for most requests submitted during operational hours.
• pkr47 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above established thresholds.
• Funds associated with pending bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions have been satisfied.

pkr47 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully verified their pkr47 account and meet any eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) redemption per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified within the terms of each individual promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the rollover is completed will be removed from your account automatically.

• Abuse of pkr47's bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances and immediate account closure.

The pkr47 loyalty programme and any VIP tier benefits are subject to separate programme terms which are communicated to eligible players directly. pkr47 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.

All wagers placed on pkr47 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator and Astar Live, or sports betting markets including PSL cricket — are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed within the relevant section of the pkr47 platform.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. pkr47 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed disruption affecting a game or betting market, pkr47 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the staked amounts to player accounts.
• Sports betting odds on pkr47 are updated in real time and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply to the wager.
• pkr47 reserves the right to void or reverse any wager that was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing mistake, system glitch, or corrupted data feed.
• All casino games available on pkr47 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr47 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive pkr47 through false identity information, fraudulent payment instruments, or misrepresentation of personal circumstances.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkr47 platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting pkr47 bonus structures through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce risk below acceptable thresholds, or any other scheme intended to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click software, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place wagers on pkr47 without genuine human participation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or competitive game format available on pkr47.
• Hacking: Attempting to access, interfere with, or manipulate pkr47's systems, software, game engines, or data feeds in any unauthorised manner.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to pkr47 by any individual under the age of 21, including sharing account credentials with minors.

pkr47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from pkr47.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the responsible gaming tools available on pkr47.
• A request from a recognised responsible gaming authority, regulatory body, or law enforcement agency.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in pkr47's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, pkr47 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account as compensation for losses, costs, and damages incurred. Where closure is not the result of player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr47 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the pkr47 platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the pkr47 platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, and telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their pkr47 account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.
• Decisions made by individual players to wager amounts beyond their personal financial means.

pkr47's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkr47 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr47 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkr47.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an account on pkr47, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

pkr47 uses player data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
